AdarshVidhya Peeth has a large faculty, with over 50 teachers having cumulative experience of over 500 years in education. The teachers aim to work for the students’ all-round development without over-burdening them, and this approach works wonders. Our results speak for themselves.
Unlike many other schools where academics are given priority to the extent where school becomes a burden, our teachers work hard to make sure that the children are not over-burdened, while still keeping up with the syllabus. Handing down page after page of homework does little for a student’s development. It is necessary to arouse their interest, so they understand and absorb what is taught in class – and that is what our teachers do.
Working smart is always better than working more – and our teachers understand that philosophy and work with it in mind. They equip their students with tips and tools which will help them work (or study) smarter, as opposed to harder.
Another important philosophy that the teachers swear by is that there is no better way to make a child study better, than by ensuring that he enjoys the lesson. So, they pepper their classes with interactive activities such as quizzes, games, and use technology to make studying fun. They try to break the monotony of the old classroom routine, to help students realize their true potential.
